Would you like to help us spread some JOY in Tahoe City on Sunday June 7th?

With free music and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe as the backdrop we think your business could be a great fit for our 2,000 daily attendees to enjoy! please fill out the form here and Thanks for sharing in the Joy of Tahoe.

What Tahoe Joy Festival is looking for:

  • Small and large food and/or beverage vendors*

  • Artisan/Maker vendors with a good or service

  • Nonprofit vendors to provide family-friendly activities

    *Food/Beverage Vendors must have a (1) Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Vendor Authorization with Placer Co Environmental Health and Placer Co Health Permit and (2) Vendor Event Liability Insurance (can be 1-day)

What Tahoe Joy Festival can provide you:

  • An estimated attendance of 2k throughout the day (12pm-6pm)

  • Water, tables, chairs, electric hookups (no tents provided)

  • A great location by the beach and the opportunity to “spread a little more JOY” to the Tahoe community

Cost:

  • Large Food/Beverage Vendors - $200 per vendor + 5% of gross sales

  • Small Food/Beverage Vendors - $100 per vendor + 5% gross sales

  • Maker/Artisan - $125 per vendor

  • Non - profits - No costs

This form does NOT guarantee you a space for this years festival. Tahoe Festival will follow-up with you based on your form submission.
