CALL for Vendors
Vendor Interest deadline - March 10, 2025
What Tahoe Joy Festival is looking for:
Small and large food and/or beverage vendors*
Artisan/Maker vendors with a good or service
Nonprofit vendors to provide family-friendly activities
*Food/Beverage Vendors must have a (1) Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Vendor Authorization with Placer Co Environmental Health and Placer Co Health Permit and (2) Vendor Event Liability Insurance (can be 1-day)
What Tahoe Joy Festival can provide you:
An estimated attendance of 1.5k throughout the day
Water, tables, chairs, electric hookups (no tents provided)
A great location by the beach and the opportunity to “spread a little more JOY” to the Tahoe community
Cost:
Large Food/Beverage Vendors - $150 per vendor + 5% of gross sales
Small Food/Beverage Vendors - $25 per vendor + 5% gross sales ($25 goes towards 5% owed)
Maker/Artisan - $100 per vendor
Non - profits - No costs
This form does NOT guarantee you a space for this years festival. Tahoe Festival will follow-up with you based on your form submission.
