Tahoe Joy festival 2025

CALL for Vendors

We are full for 2025, but please submit and if anything changes we will get back to you. If we can’t fit you in this year we will definitely contact you for 2026. Thanks for sharing in the Joy of Tahoe.

What Tahoe Joy Festival is looking for:

  • Small and large food and/or beverage vendors*

  • Artisan/Maker vendors with a good or service

  • Nonprofit vendors to provide family-friendly activities

    *Food/Beverage Vendors must have a (1) Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Vendor Authorization with Placer Co Environmental Health and Placer Co Health Permit and (2) Vendor Event Liability Insurance (can be 1-day)

What Tahoe Joy Festival can provide you:

  • An estimated attendance of 1.5k throughout the day

  • Water, tables, chairs, electric hookups (no tents provided)

  • A great location by the beach and the opportunity to “spread a little more JOY” to the Tahoe community

Cost:

  • Large Food/Beverage Vendors - $150 per vendor + 5% of gross sales

  • Small Food/Beverage Vendors - $25 per vendor + 5% gross sales ($25 goes towards 5% owed)

  • Maker/Artisan - $100 per vendor

  • Non - profits - No costs

This form does NOT guarantee you a space for this years festival. Tahoe Festival will follow-up with you based on your form submission.
